This is the perfect entry into specialty coffee. Grown in the Western Region of Honduras, this washed-process, light/medium roast is smooth and incredibly versatile, making it an easy choice for a pour-over or a short steep full immersion brew. Expect a silky mouthfeel, a balanced mix of bittersweet chocolate and subtle citrus. Some days, you might even catch a hint of spices or vanilla, depending on how you brew it.
This has been my daily go-to at home lately, and it never disappoints—smooth, approachable, and consistently satisfying.
