1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
1.1 Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
1.2 International Shipping
We are not offering international shipping at this time but plan to expand in the future. Stay updated by signing up for our newsletter.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
2.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2.2 Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at hey@sleepymangocoffee.com.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We default to the cheapest ground shipping rates based on the selected carrier.
4.2 Expedited & Overnight Shipping
Rates for expedited and overnight shipping will be calculated at checkout based on carrier rates.
5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
6.1 Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier service before contacting us.
6.2 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
6.3 Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Please ensure a secure delivery location.
7. CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATION
7.1 Order Changes

Orders cannot be modified after they are placed. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
7.2 Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
