Zari, meaning golden thread, is named for the fine line that quietly holds everything together. This honey-processed espresso comes from a small group of producers in Pasco’s central highlands, near the Oxapampa–Asháninka–Yánesha Biosphere Reserve. Steep terrain and shifting microclimates slow cherry development here, allowing for careful, detailed processing that makes microlots like this possible.

In the cup, Zari opens with a vinous acidity that lifts the shot as it cools. A silky body carries notes of fig and malt, finishing clean, long, and steady. Balanced and expressive, this espresso reflects the golden thread that connects the people behind the coffee to your cup.
