Cascara isn’t coffee (maybe we can call it a tea?)—it’s the bright, juicy husk of the coffee cherry that usually gets tossed aside. We source our Organic Cascara from the same growers who supply our beans, then gently sun-dry those thin skins until they’re sweet, tart, and just a little woody—think hibiscus meets dried cherry with whispers of brown sugar and cinnamon. Steep it like tea (200°F, 5–7 minutes) for a lightly caffeinated, antioxidant-rich brew that’s equal parts refreshment and nostalgia, plus it turns a once-thrown-away byproduct into a full-circle sip of sustainability
