Harvested from the fertile slopes of the Rwenzori Mountains, also known as the "Mountains of the Moon," this Ugandan coffee undergoes a meticulous natural process. The ripest cherries are carefully selected and dried whole on raised beds for up to four weeks, resulting in a full-bodied coffee with complex flavors of tropical fruit, wine, and dark chocolate
