Grown on the steep volcanic slopes of Santa Ana, this coffee comes from various smallholder farmers who tend Bourbon and Pacas trees in one of El Salvador’s most celebrated regions. Santa Ana’s rich soils and cool mountain climate create the slow, steady growth that brings out sweetness, clarity, and depth in every cup.

This washed lot highlights the character of the region. Expect a clean, comforting cup with notes of chocolate, caramel, dried fruit, and a gentle nuttiness. Medium acidity and syrupy body and milk chocolate lingers after your sip.

Impressions
Justinere: Velvet Hour Espresso Blend
“Velvet Hour is so yum — I love using it for my home espresso drinks. It has that nostalgic vibe that reminds me of the coffee from home, which makes every cup feel extra special.”
Alexre: Bahari Blend
"The bahari blend is fantastic and I think it hits for different people too. I enjoyed it because it is complex and I think being medium roast makes it approachable for folks. I made it for my in-laws over a weekend and they really liked it too. It's rare to find something we can all agree on, coffee wise."
