Loose Leaf Black Tea

Our masala chai blend marries robust CTC Assam black tea with hand-cracked cinnamon quills, green cardamom pods, earthy cloves, toasted whole black peppercorns, and ginger for a deeply warming, spiced cup that feels right whenever you need a bold pick-me-up. These are the same spices grown alongside coffee in many parts of the world, sharing the same soil, climate, and history. This blend is meant to be customized and enjoyed however you like it.

Ingredients:
Black Tea, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Black Peppercorn, Candied Ginger

Brewing Instructions

HOT: In a saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil and add sugar to taste. Lower heat, add 1 Tbsp chai patti (tea leaves), and simmer for 3 minutes. Pour in 1 cup milk and bring to a gentle boil for another 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, and serve.

COLD: Follow the hot brewing instructions. Turn off heat, strain, and chill in the refrigerator. Serve over ice and add milk once chilled
