We use high-quality CTC Assam black tea with hand-cracked cinnamon quills, green cardamom pods, earthy cloves, whole black peppercorns, and a sprinkle of rose petals for color and joy.

These are the same spices grown alongside coffee in many parts of the world. They share the same soil, climate, and history, connecting two daily rituals that mean a lot to me.

This blend is strong, spiced, and meant to be yours. Use it as a base. Adjust it, sweeten it, or make it richer with milk. However you make it, this is my winter chai blend, sharing a piece of my regular ritual with you.

Tasting Notes:
Black Tea Forward • Spiced • Floral

Ingredients:
CTC Assam black tea, candied ginger, cinnamon, green cardamom, clove, black peppercorn, rose petals

Brewing Suggestions:

  • Traditional: Simmer 1-2 tbsp chai blend in 8 oz water for 3 mins and 8 oz milk, boil, strain and serve. Sweeten to taste.

  • Quick Brew: Steep 1 tbsp in hot water for 4 to 5 minutes. Add milk and sugar as you like.
