This small lot of Bourbon variety comes to us from San Miguel Farm in El Salvador. The farm sits along the border of Ahuachapán and Sonsonate, in a region known as “Tres Límites”, within the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range

Sweetness: Caramel, taffy
Brightness: Gentle citrus and tea-like
Mouthfeel: Syrupy and creamy
