Our Organic Spearmint is a bright, chopped loose-leaf herbal tea (tisane) is  made from one of the oldest cultivated mints. Steep it for a soothing, soft minty aroma and gentle sweetness. Caffeine free for a refreshing moment in the day. Just steep, sip, and enjoy the simple comfort of pure spearmint.

  • Brew Guide for 1 8 oz Cup
    Measure: 1 tsp (≈2 g) of Organic Spearmint Leaf
    Water Temp: 210 °F (just off boil)
    Steep Time: 5–7 minutes

Adjust to taste. Steep a bit longer for a stronger mint flavor, or shorten the time for a lighter cup. You can re-steep this.
